Bhoomi
Earn Land Through Work, Not Purchase
Bhoomi (meaning "land" or "earth" in Sanskrit) is a revolutionary land ownership system where land parcels are earned through skill contributions and work within the Ahantravyuh ecosystem—not purchased with money. Each land parcel is permanent, non-transferable, and uniquely identified with grid coordinates.
🌱 How It Works
- Earn AHANT through research contributions, technology development, and platform participation
- Convert to BHOOMI at a fixed rate: 1 AHANT = 100 BHOOMI parcels
- Receive Land Parcels randomly distributed across the territory
- Permanent Ownership - land parcels cannot be transferred or sold
- Unique Identification - each parcel has a parcel_id and grid position (x, y)
💰 Conversion Examples
🎯 Core Principles
- Work-Based Ownership - AHANT is earned through contributions, not purchased
- Non-Transferable - land parcels are permanent and cannot be sold or traded
- Random Distribution - parcels are randomly allocated across the territory
- Transparent Registry - all parcels recorded with unique IDs and coordinates
- Skill Recognition - technical skills and research contributions valued equally
🌍 Territory & Distribution
Land parcels are distributed across a grid-based territory system. Each parcel has:
- Unique parcel_id identifier
- Grid coordinates (x, y) position
- Permanent ownership record linked to user account
- Non-transferable status in the blockchain registry

🌱 TriboFuel - Seeking Small Land Parcels
Glasgow City Centre Area | Micro-Biofuel Installations
We are seeking to purchase small, non-buildable "residual" land plots (150-200 sq ft—roughly the size of a single parking space) within 5 miles of Glasgow City Centre for modular microreactor installations. These installations will process local biowaste from breweries, food businesses, and municipal sources, producing net-zero biofuel while reducing waste disposal burdens on communities.
📍 What We're Looking For:
- Size: 150-200 sq ft (approximately one parking space)
- Location: Within 5 miles of Glasgow City Centre with direct road access
- Type: "Residual" or "amenity" land—awkward corners, narrow strips, roadside slivers
- Ownership: Freehold sale only (clean title transfer)
- Budget: £1,000-£2,000 per site (single cash payment)
🌍 What We're Building:
- Small modular biofuel reactors (no permanent buildings, self-contained setup)
- Process local organic waste: brewery spent grain, food processing residues
- Powered 100% by renewable energy (wind, mechanical vibrations—no grid dependency)
- Produce net-zero biofuel for heating and transport
- Reduce waste disposal costs and landfill burden for local communities

Why Sell to Us?
If you have a small plot that's awkward to develop, expensive to maintain, or attracts fly-tipping, we offer a clean solution: a one-time freehold purchase that removes the land from your liability while supporting community sustainability. Our modular installations are low-impact, fully compliant, and managed by University of Glasgow researchers.
