Overview

What is an Atavi Hybrid NFT?

Most NFTs are just images. An Atavi Hybrid NFT is a live game state. Its mutable fields are updated on-chain every time you take an action — planting trees, setting your resource split, or minting sub-assets. The NFT you see in your WAX wallet reflects real numbers from your forest.

On-chain fields (always written together)

p1 — Soil

Accrues at 0.3/hr × your plot count. Used to plant trees.

p2 — Manure

Shares the same 0.3/hr rate. Used in Vayal Tier 4 farmland minting.

p3 — Food Packets

Pre-crafted packets loaded at stake time (10.1 food each).

p9 — Plot Count

Number of Glasgow plots loaded into this NFT. Set at stake.

p4 – p8, p10

Reserved for future city mechanics.

Log in to Samatvam at www.ahantravyuh.com/samatvam and connect your WAX wallet (top-right corner).

From the main Samatvam page, click Atavi in the module bar — this opens the Atavi Forest map.

You will see the 10,000-plot isometric Glasgow forest map. The control bar at the top has three buttons:

⬡ My Staked NFTs — opens your staked NFT dashboard

Step by step

1 Stake your Atavi NFT

Staking locks your Glasgow land and Food Packets into the NFT. The NFT moves to kalpa.gm (the staking custodian) and your plots transfer to ahantravh.gm inside the game.

Click ⬡ Stake your Atavi NFT. A panel opens showing all Atavi NFTs currently in your wallet (unstaked ones only).

Click an NFT card to select it (it highlights green), then click Load Land Preview →.

The preview screen shows:
• Your plot count in Glasgow
• Your current Food Score and how many Food Packets it converts to (÷ 10.1)
• The Soil / Manure accrual rate once staked (0.3/hr × plots)

Adjust the number of plots and packets to load, then click Accept & Stake →.

Your WAX wallet pops up asking you to sign a transfer of the NFT to kalpa.gm. Approve it.

The backend records the stake, transfers your plots, and writes all 14 mutable fields to the NFT on-chain. You will see ✅ Staked! with the plot count and packets loaded.

💡

If you have pre-crafted Food Packets in your account, the backend pulls those directly. If not, it converts your Food Score. All reads and writes are logged in the database with full source tracking.

Click ⬡ My Staked NFTs to open the full-screen dashboard for your staked NFT.

Soil / Manure split: Drag the slider to e.g. 70% Soil / 30% Manure, then click Save Split →. The backend calculates what has accrued since the last write, adds it at the old ratio, then starts the new ratio from now. The NFT is updated on-chain immediately (non-blocking).

3 Tree Inventory

Click the Trees card in the dashboard to open the full-screen Tree Inventory.

What you see

• Soil (p1) and Manure (p2) live balances with accrual rates
• 8 species cards — each with the tree image, count, maturity progress bar, matured vs growing breakdown
• Empty species shown in greyscale — they are available to plant, just not yet in your forest
• 🌱 Plant Trees button to open the planting panel

4 Plant Trees using Soil

Click 🌱 Plant Trees from the Tree Inventory screen.

Select a species by clicking its image card. Cards are greyed out if your current Soil balance is too low to afford even one tree of that species.

Set the quantity. The Max button fills to the maximum you can afford or the number of available planting slots (whichever is lower). Each plot holds up to 5 trees in its owner slots.

The total Soil cost is shown live. Click Plant [n] [Species] → to confirm.

The backend deducts Soil from the stake record, plants trees across the NFT's plots in order, resets the accumulation clock, and fires an on-chain NFT write with the updated p1 value. The inventory refreshes automatically.

🌿

Soil is the planting currency for your staked land. As your plots accrue Soil, you can spend it to plant trees across your staked Glasgow forest.

⏱️

On-chain writes happen on action, not passively. The server accumulates p1/p2 in the database every 30 minutes. The NFT is written to the WAX blockchain only when you take an action (set split, plant trees, etc.) — this keeps WAX CPU costs low while keeping the data accurate.

Common questions

FAQ

Where is my NFT when staked?

Your NFT is held by kalpa.gm — the staking custodian account. It will not appear in your WAX wallet or on AtomicHub while staked.

Can I unstake?

Yes — unstaking returns the NFT to your wallet with all its mutable data intact. Plot ownership and tree positions in the game are preserved. Unstaking UI is coming in a future update.

Does the split matter immediately?

Yes. The default split is 50% Soil / 50% Manure from the moment of staking. Change it at any time in the dashboard — the accrued balance at the old ratio is saved before switching.

Where do I see my p1 / p2 balances while staked?

While your NFT is staked it sits in kalpa.gm — it will not appear in your own wallet or on AtomicHub during this time.

Your live Soil and Manure balances are always accurate inside the My Staked NFTs dashboard in Samatvam. The on-chain NFT fields are updated each time you take an action (set split, plant trees).

When you unstake, the NFT is returned to your wallet with all values fully written on-chain — the numbers you see in your dashboard will be exactly what the NFT carries when it comes back to you.
